How do I find what I am looking for?
There are two ways of finding the product you are interested in. The first method is to use our search facility which allows you to find a product by keyword. If you know the models (or part of it) then enter the model into the search box found at the top of every page and hit go. The Search will then present you with relevant matches to your search criteria. All our products are alphabetically listed!

The second method is to enter our Online Store by clicking on our products tab located at the top of every page and selecting the product of your interest, there you can browse through further sub-categories until you reach the Product section you require.
How do I find out more Information about the product?
Once you have found a product of interest you can click on the on the right hand side of every product listing. A new page will load which will contain an image of the product as well as a full description, as well as any related products.
How do I know the cost of carriage?
Cost of carriage varies from product to product number of items and the shipping country. To calculate simply click the view basket tab located on the top navigation bar of every page. A Shopping Cart page will load giving you a breakdown of cost and carriage.
How do I remove items from the shopping basket?
The shopping cart page saves a list of the items you're interested in, until you want to go ahead and order. If you want to remove the item from your basket then check the Remove colum next to the item's you want to remove and click the and the product will disappear from your basket. At any point whilst on our site you can click on the 'view basket' button at the top of the screen and the contents of your basket will be displayed.
I'm ready to order. What now?
By clicking the button or the checkout tab located at the top of every page you will be taken to our Secure Encrypted Server. We will then require your delivery contact details and method of payment. Once you have input everything required you will be prompted to confirm your order, once confirmed you will be provided with a confirmation of your order along with an order number. You can use this order number if you have any queries about your order when contacting Advance Technologies. Remember your order is not complete until you fully checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are delivered next day as standard providing the items you have ordered are in stock, otherwise normally within 2-3 working days. If you have ordered one of our PC System then it normally takes a maximum of 5 working days for your PC System to be fully bench tested, optimised & delivered to yourself.
I want my order delivered to a different delivery address
If you want your order delivered to a different delivery address this can be selected at the checkout stage 1. For security reasons this option is only available if you want your goods delivered to your business or work address & UK Mainland Postcodes. If this is not the case then your invoice address shall be used to deliver your order.
How do I make payment?
At checkout stage 3 you will be asked for payment method from the drop down list, there you can select credit or debit card, cheque, postal order, paypal, bank transfer ( we will e-mail you with bank details on successful order completion) paypal attracts a 3.5% administartion Fee. For cheque or postal order payment print a copy of youir receipt and send it together with your order number clearly marked on the back of the cheque or postal order to:-

I am unsure about sending my credit or debit card details over the internet
