We at Advance Tec Ltd have tried to make the site as simple and accessible as we possible could. However some things are not always obvious and so this short guide aims to explain exactly how to get around our site with as little fuss as possible.

How do I find what I am looking for?

There are two ways of finding the product you are interested in. The first method is to use our search facility which allows you to find a product by keyword. If you know the models (or part of it) then enter the model into the search box found at the top of our main page and hit go. The Search will then present you with relevant matches to your search criteria.

All our products are alphabetically listed!
The second method is to enter our Online Store by clicking on our products tab located on our main page and selecting the product of your interest, there you can browse through further sub-categories until you reach the Product section you require.

How do I find out more Information about the product?

Once you have found a product of interest you can click on the info button on the right hand side of the product listing. A small screen will then open which will contain an image of the product as well as a full description.

How do I know the cost of carriage?

Cost of carriage varies from product to product and the number of items required. To calculate simply click the view cart button located on the top navigation bar of the catalogue and a Product details page will appear giving you a breakdown of cost and carriage to UK mainland addresses.

The Shopping Basket page saves a list of the items you're interested in, until you want to go ahead and order. If you want to remove the item from your basket then click the delete tab and the product will disappear from your basket.

At any point whilst on our site you can click on the 'view basket' button at the top of the screen and the contents of your basket will be displayed.

I'm ready to order. What now?

By clicking the 'checkout now' button you will be taken to our Secure Encrypted server. We will then require your delivery contact details and method of payment. Once you have input everything required you will be prompted to confirm your order, once confirmed you will be provided with a confirmation of your order along with an order number. You can use this order number if you have any queries about your order when contacting Advance Tec Ltd
