Head Technician
Role overview
Advance Technologies specialises in repairs of laptops, PC's, Tablets, handheld devices and carrying out data recovery services. Further to this we also repair to component level which means Graphics Chips, DC Jacks, Power IC Controllers etc.
In the first year, you will receive a basic salary of
£18K to £25KKey Responsibilities:- Work in line with our other technicians
- Must Have experience in working at component level repairs
- Maintain sustainable working relationships with large manufacturers & distributors
- To create more relationships with new suppliers with a view to purchase their graded and surplus stocks
Person Specification:- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to diagnose faults in a timely manor
- Strong communication skills, ability to liaise with internal and external entities
- Experience with working in a highly busy area with a vast increase of repair work
- Ability to work under pressure & to target
